A taste of India at the Fairmont Chengdu's Indian Food Festival
Fairmont Chengdu invites people to indulge in a collection of the finest experiences, and celebrate exceptional dishes from India during the Indian Food Festival held at Spectrum Restaurant.
Guests will be served a wide variety of dishes including Pahari grilled fish, stewed mutton, grilled chicken, hand-made ravioli, and others, all provided by Indian Chef Tarakchandar.
With a theme of "Bollywood Night", the Indian Food Week lasts from April 12 to April 20. Along with the lavish menus on offer, Indian music and performance will be played throughout the evenings, giving guests at the restaurant a real taste of India.
